A gentle class to loosen tight spots, move with more comfort, and breathe well. We finish with a few calm minutes of meditation and journaling — so you leave feeling lighter and more grounded.

With over four decades of coaching women — combined with my own menopause experience and the lived experience of my clients — I created the Five Targeted Classes™ System.
This approach has been shaped through years of coaching real women.

When menopause brought muscle loss, joint pain, and a deep loss of confidence into my own life, it changed how I coached forever.
What it taught me was simple — but powerful:

Today, I help women rebuild confidence first, then strength — through a calm, structured weekly approach that removes pressure and replaces it with clarity, reassurance, and steady progress. So you feel capable.

Before creating the Five Targeted Classes™ System, my work spanned elite sport, publishing, and performance coaching.
I’ve had the honour of training Olympic gold medallist Sally Gunnell and authoring two books — First Steps to Fitness and Your Personal Trainer.
My career has included working behind the scenes in high-performance environments, including as a body double for Madonna’s Blonde Ambition tour at Madame Tussauds.
Most recently, I became certified as a Menopause Coach through The Menopause Movement — deepening my expertise in supporting women through this powerful life transition.
But today, my focus is simple:
Helping everyday women build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence — safely, steadily, and without pressure.
